The body of Travis Bisson, 23, was found around 4:15 p.m. after a response from Dover Police, Fire and Rescue.

While the cause and manner of the death will ultimately be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, based on the investigation to date, Bisson's death appears to be drug related.
