Walk-ins for 1st, 2nd shots welcome at Spaulding Commons except Saturday

ROCHESTER - While all of New Hampshire's fixed site locations for Saturday's Booster Blitz are by appointment only, including at Rochester's Spaulding Commongs, the North Main Street site will also be having first and second vaccine shots available on a walk-in basis, according to a press release sent out from the governor's office on Monday.
According to the governor's office, more than 6,000 Granite Staters had already signed up for the boosts by 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
Registration for the boosters shot is now open at vaccines.nh.gov. Appointments can be made for up to five people at a time through one account. More than 7,000 appointments remain available at several of the sites for New Hampshire residents age 16 and older.
Only booster shots will be available at Booster Blitz locations, but at four walk-in fixed vaccination sites, including 306 North Main St., in Rochester, first and second vax shots are available on a walk-in basis with no appointments necessary except on Saturday during the booster blitz.
The Spaulding Commons site hours for free first and second vax shots are Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
