Wells toddler fatally shot during sibling squabble over T-shirt

WELLS, Maine - A Wells man is in jail and his two-year-old niece is dead after she took an errant bullet during a fight between siblings over a t-shirt.
Octavia Huber-Young died on Saturday after being inadvertently shot by Andrew Huber-Young, 19, at their Crediford Road home.
Huber-Young reportedly told police he argued with his brother over wearing his t-shirt and was told to leave the house by parents.
He later returned with a handgun allegedly stolen from his father and shot at him and his brother, wounding them both.
Octavia Huber-Young was also struck and later died from her injuries.
The brother and father received nonlife threatening wounds.

Huber-Young is being held at York County Jail on no bail.
