A pair of horses at Belgian Meadows Farm in Lebanon munch on some hay as snow begins to fall today. Driving condition will continue to deteriorate throughout the day, with some accidents already reported. Tonight snow will diminish but winds will pick up with gusts to near 40 mph predicted.
