It may look like Bernie Collins of White Mountain Highway in Milton is taking his 5-year-old miniature schnauzer, Abner, for a walk on Charles Street this Memorial Day weekend, but it’s really just the opposite. “He makes me take him every day, he demands it rain or shine,” says Collins.
