Whitehouse Road to remain closed to through traffic during gas pipeline work

ROCHESTER - Whitehouse Road will continue to be closed to through traffic due to the ongoing installation of a new natural gas main by the Unitil Gas Company.

The project has been extended through Aug. 31 with Unitil possibly working on Saturdays to expedite the project.

Local residents will be allowed through the job site as needed, but should expect delays.
