Why does Dept. of Labor have role in educating our kids?
1:46 p.m.
To the editor: Scriptures tells us: "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the holy one is understanding." The Lord gave us a free will. To gain understanding, He gave us the Ten Commandments, a divine blueprint we could freely choose to follow so that our nature would reflect His. Rebellion against God corrupts minds and rejects holy understanding. God blessed us with 250 years of ordered liberty because of biblical law producing a people of virtue. Freedom works best when there is something within that develops a respect for others. Reagan pointed out, "freedom is not part of our DNA," each generation must pass it on to the next. John Dewey, the Father of Progressive Education, co-author of Humanist Manifesto I, knew children's minds were vulnerable. He pursued preventing the passing of generational righteousness. There was an unseen hand of power behind Dewey's agenda. In 1900, the Rockefeller's General Education Board, promoted an ancient 19th century philosophy that schooling should prepare children for the workforce rather than intellectual cultivation. Youth were destined to become disciplined factory workers rather than independent thinkers, leaders, and philosophers. Smoldering under the camouflage of Fabian-Socialism this concept to teach obedience to the state contrary to individual liberty has not died. This poisoned stream continued when David Rockefeller and Hillary Clinton, in the 1990s, were key board members of the National Center on Education and the Economy, headed by Marc Tucker, seeking grants for reforming schools. Hillary Clinton bragged they were "... remaking of the American way of politics, government and indeed life." After the election of Bill Clinton, Marc Tucker within an 18 page letter to Hillary, revealed his intent: ... "to develop one's skills that literally extends from cradle to grave, and is the same system for everyone." Soon, Clinton's plan for a national workforce of skilled workers was achieved when he signed The Goals 2000, Educate America Act (HR 1804), School to Work Opportunities Act (HR 2884), and the Americas School Act (HR 6). Henry Hyde's warned members of Congress "[dumb-down education is a prime component in creating a willing workforce, and ...Behavior modification is a significant part of restructuring our schools... trained to be politically correct." Today, the poisoned stream called education continues to grow. Constitutional patriots and MAGA people were encouraged with Trump's plan to Abolish the Department of Education (DOE). Perhaps, It's in-process? Are we to be encouraged with President Trump signing an Executive Order moving key K-12 responsibilities from the Department of Education to Labor? The New American Insider Report tells us: The Department of Labor will co-manage the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education by administering roughly $28 billion in grant funds through an interagency agreement. Sounds ludicrous, $28 billion to abolish the DOE! Large majorities will see the painful truth: the revelation that they are part of an uninformed electorate electing a majority who have consistently pursued the will of the party and the educational establishment. Silent responses more interested in re-election than heeding Rep. Henry Hydes warning letter. They didn't care about your children when they voted against Hydes informed alert: "During the 5 years ending in 1991, the control over education will move from individuals , families , local and state school systems, state legislatures and employers to the unelected National Skills Board a State Workforce Development Board." The bottom line begs the question, Why is Trump's pursuit the same as the humanist John Dewy, the Rockefeller's, and the Clinton's?
