ROCHESTER - William A. Crowell Sr., 79, former longtime resident of Haverhill, Mass., died at his home in Rochester, N.H., on Saturday, January 30, 2016. He was born in Wakefield, Mass., on January 31, 1936, son of the late Horace E. and Mabel J. (Whalen) Crowell.
Bill was predeceased by his siblings, James W. Crowell, Horace E. Crowell, Gordon I. Crowell and Richard E. Crowell. He is survived by his wife, Regina C. Crowell of Rochester, N.H.; seven children, William A. Crowell, Jr., of San Diego, Calif., Julie A. McGinty of Haverhill, Mass., Karen S. Rogers of Gilford, N.H., Melinda I. Burgos of Gilford, N.H., Michelle M. Dionne of Haverhill, Mass., Bonnie L. Sheldon of Haverhill, Mass., and Joyce Crowell of Woburn, Mass.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
