Woman hit with brass knuckles charge after traffic stop

ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was arrested on Thursday for allegedly carrying and selling metallic knuckles and driving after revocation or suspension as a result of a traffic stop near the Rochester Staples. Samantha L. Nailor, 30, of 54 Washington St. Apt. A, was arrested near the store around 1:30 p.m. Nailor was also hit with a contempt charge since she was out on bail from a theft charge. She was charged by Rochester Police on June 29 with theft from a building. In 2016 she had another brush with the law when she was charged with driving after suspension.
