Woman struck by hit-and-run driver dies of injuries, identified as Rochester woman

ROCHESTER - The woman struck by a hit-and-run driver Friday on Milton Road near Hannaford has been identified as a Rochester woman.
Kimberly Lucier, 60, succumbed to her injuries at Portsmouth Regional Hospital on Monday.
Police say Lucier was walking north on Milton Road when she was struck by a vehicle headed north around 10:20 p.m.
When police responded to the scene they found Lucier with a head injury beside the northbound side of Milton Road.
Frisbie Memorial Hospital EMS transported the female to Portsmouth Regional Hospital for serious injuries.
Police continue their investigation to try to identify a suspect or person of interest in the hit-and-run.
Damage to the suspect vehicle is expected to be mostly on the front passenger side, with potential damage to the hood and windshield, police say.
