CONCORD, N.H. - The woman who escaped from a police cruiser by slipping out of her handcuffs was back in custody a day later after an anonymous tip led to her whereabouts.

Tamara Ipock, 35, of Laconia, was arrested Friday on South Main Street near an area where the homeless often gather

Ipock had escaped Thursday afternoon during a transport to Belknap County Jail in Laconia.
