ROCHESTER - A Rochester man looks to have picked the wrong house to burglarize.

Police say they responded around 2:56 p.m. on Saturday for a report of an intruder inside a mobile home on Henry Drive in Gonic.

Three occupants that live in the home confronted the suspect after he reportedly broke a side door of the home, police say.

"The occupants had the suspect pinned down until police arrived," Rochester Police Capt. Jason Thomas said today.

Thomas said no one was hurt during the incident or arrest, and none of the three adult occupants that live there knew the suspect, who was identified as Germaine K. Cadogan, 28, of 30 River St.

Cadogan was charged with burglary and was being held on $5,000 cash bail pending a scheduled arraignment today at Strafford County Superior Court.
