ROCHESTER - The Paper Store celebrated its opening at the Ridge on Thursday with a host of city officials, including city councilors and Chamber of Commerce representatives.

The store, which opened to the public earlier this month, carries a changing array of gift and specialty food items, toys and clothes.

Other stores expected to open this year at The Ridge include a State Liquor Store, Starbucks and Kay Jewelers.
