ROCHESTER - Alice (Kuneck) Freeman, 81, of Rochester, died peacefully in the early morning hours on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023.

Alice was born in Philadelphia, Pa., on Nov. 8, 1941, the oldest child of four and only daughter of Anthony J. and Aleksandria (Gryga) Kuneck.

Alice is predeceased by her husband, Roland G. Freeman Sr. and her brother, Anthony J. Kuneck. She is survived by her brothers Robert Kuneck and his wife Susan, and Francis (Frank) Kuneck, whom she raised from the age of six, and her five children Pollyann (Freeman) D. and Timothy Printy, Roland G. and Paula Freeman Jr., Wendy L. (Freeman) and Robert Wentworth, Robert G. Freeman and Beth L (Freeman) Pompano; and twelve grandchildren Nicholas Duval, Alexzandra Duval, Jordan Duval, Sabrina Duval, Roland Freeman, Lexus Wentworth, Robert Freeman, Luke Freeman, Abigail McIntyre, Austin Pompano, Drew Pompano and Shaniah Pompano; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Alice's life was centered around her family, faith and friends. Alice was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Alice worked most recently at the National Passport Center in Portsmouth, but loved to spend time with her family, cooking wonderful meals and in her gardens when she had time.
