ROCHESTER - Alice M. Vasquez, 78, died of cancer November 3, 2021 at the home she shared with her daughter Megan. Alice was born June 26, 1943 to John J. and Alice (Lauer) Gray in Philadelphia, Pa.

She grew up in Philadelphia and, later, Twin Oaks, Pa. She graduated from Notre Dame High School, Moylan, Pa. Married the love of her life Bernard Vasquez, Jr. in 1965 and was happily married until his death in 2000. She lived 15 years in West Whiteland Township, Pa. She was employed first in data entry and later customer service representative, for companies including QVC. She was a resident of NH since 1999.

She enjoyed taking trips with her husband and family, especially their trips to Ireland to meet relatives. She later especially enjoyed little frequent trips with her grandson to museums and the White Mountains. She loved Philly sports, mystery novels and shows, Elvis, hosting parties and sharing stories. She was most devoted to her family.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her infant son Stephen, her brother John G. Gray, and her sister Patricia Janson.

She is survived by her daughter Megan, her son Bernard and his wife Carolyn, her grandson Gregory all of Rochester, her brother George Gray and his wife Kathy, her brother-in-law Harry Janson, sister-in-law Elaine Gray, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by her beloved 'granddogs' Trooper and Sienna.
