Annual chamber golf tournament set for September at The Oaks

ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce will hold its 49th Annual Golf Tournament on Sept. 28 at The Oaks Golf Links. The format for this tournament is a Scramble with a shotgun start time of 9 a.m..

Players will enjoy a continental breakfast, greens fee, carts, bottled water, lunch, and appetizers following the tournament as well as a clambake dinner. An awards ceremony will also take place announcing winners of contests on every hole and some great prizes will be raffled. Player goody bags with golf-related items and snacks will also be provided. The fee to play in the tournament is $180. Player passport packages can also be purchased for an additional $35 which includes 15 raffle tickets, 2 mulligans, and contest entry passes for the specialty holes.

Golf-related items for raffle prizes and player goody bags are currently being sought. In addition, several sponsorship opportunities are available to businesses wishing to receive recognition from this popular tournament.
