Area teens arrested in Rochester shoplifting

ROCHESTER - Two area teenagers were arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on Thursday by Rochester Police.

Taylor Willis, 18, of 4d Pierce St. in Dover and Meghan Goodwin, 19, of 3a Pleasant St. in Rochester, were both charged with willful concealment.

Both Goodwin and Willis were bailed on $1,500 PR bail and are scheduled to appear for arraignment next month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.  

The Rochester Police would like to remind the public that shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and that accordingly RSA 637:3-a (g)  states a person who has been twice convicted of Shoplifting (637:3-a II) within a 36 month period shall be charged with a Class B Felony.
