ROCHESTER - Arthur Eugene Nesbitt, of Rochester, died peacefully Saturday, July 16, 2016, with his wife and his niece Joan by his side. He was born January 9, 1929, the youngest of ten children, of Mary Gatensby and James Nesbitt.
After Art graduated from High School he registered for service in the Air Force where he worked in Air Traffic Control for 20 years, retiring as a Sr. Master Sergeant. He then worked for the US Post Office in Dover for 20 years before retiring with his wife Marjorie Winkley Nesbitt in Stuart, Florida.

Art is survived by Marjorie, and their three sons, David and wife Chris Schadler, Harry and wife Dinah and Thanatoss and wife Kim. Grandchildren Kevin, Jeremy and Stephanie filled his life with love and joy as did their children: of Kevin, the twins Logan and Landon and of Stephanie, her daughters Haley and Madison.

Art loved to golf, read, bike and enjoy the beach and everyone who knew him enjoyed his fine sense of humor. He and Marge were happily married for 66 years. As long as we live, Art will be missed and loved.
