ROCHESTER - Priscilla Jane (Osgood) Pinzari, 84, of Barrington and more recently Rochester, NH died on August 23, 2026 at Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, with her family by her side.
She was born on February 1, 1942 in So. Weymouth, MA; the daughter of Fred E and Myrtle (Gay) Osgood. Priscilla was raised in So. Weymouth and was a 1959 graduate of Weymouth High School. There she participated in many sports including softball, basketball, field hockey and badminton. Outside of school she also enjoyed horseback riding and water skiing. She was also a member of the Rainbow Girls.
Following graduation, Priscilla worked for United Shoe in Boston as a stenographer. In 1962 she married her high school sweetheart Jerry, and they started their family. They moved from Massachusetts to Barrington, NH in 1969, and there Priscilla cared for the family, their home and their pets. She was very accomplished in all things domestic. Cooking, baking, decorating, gardening, organizing, and a wide variety of needle crafts were just some of her skills. She was an especially talented seamstress and knitter. From the mid 70’s to late 80’s, Priscilla worked at a variety of jobs including inventory specialist at The Christmas Dove in Barrington and Gerrity Lumber in Rochester, and later as office manager for Dubois Realty and adjoining physical therapy practice. In 1990 she began the first of many years providing child care, fun, and much love to her three granddaughters.
Priscilla is survived by daughter Donna (Pinzari) Pelletier and her husband Marcel of Rochester, son Jack Pinzari and his wife Janice (Krawczyk) of Brentwood, granddaughters Stephanie (Pelletier) Blauvelt and husband Zachary and their children Maya and Calder of Rochester, Olivia Pelletier and partner Andrew Doucett and their daughter Merritt of Madbury, and Alison (Pelletier) Santosuosso and husband Anthony of Montgomery, TX. Priscilla is also survived by her brother Lauren Osgood and wife June, sisters Barbara Jones and Carol Cook, and many nieces and nephews including very special niece, Rebecca Heyl. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Gerald (Jerry) Pinzari, her son Mark Pinzari, her brother Ronald Osgood, and great-granddaughter Callie Ann Blauvelt, along with her many precious pets over the years.
