BEDFORD - A Massachusetts woman was charged with DWI and reckless conduct on Sunday after a rollover crash at the Bedford Tolls.
The accident occurred just before 6:30 a.m. Sunday drawing a response from State Troopers. Upon arrival they found a 2009 Honda Accord on its side within a toll lane.
The driver of the Honda, identified as Aracelia Valentin, 45, of Lawrence, Mass., suffered minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
During their investigation, Troopers determined impairment was a factor and Valentin was charged with aggravated DWI, driving under the influence and reckless conduct. She is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on April 21.
Four toll lanes were closed for about an hour while debris was cleared.
