BIA hires Kirsten Koch as new director of public policy

CONCORD - The Business & Industry Association, New Hampshire's statewide chamber of commerce, has announced the addition of Kirsten Koch to its staff.
Ms. Koch will serve as the director of public policy. In this capacity she will be responsible for advocating on behalf of BIA members and the New Hampshire business community to state legislators and regulators. She will primarily be involved in shaping environmental and energy policy initiatives and will be the lead on various education programs hosted by BIA throughout the year.
Ms. Koch previously worked as a legislative aide for the New Hampshire State Senate.
She graduated summa cum laude from Plymouth State University with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in law. She is a lifelong Granite Stater and takes great pride in being born, raised, educated and employed in the state of New Hampshire.
