Body of man found in Berwick woods near Salmon Falls River

BERWICK, Maine - The body of a man was found in woods near the Salmon Falls River on Wednesday.

The remains of the middle aged man were found in the area of Italo Lane not far from the Rochester line.

An autopsy is being conducted today, said police, who indicated there was no evidence of foul play.

The incident remains under investigations. Anyone with information is urged to call Berwick Police.
