Bridgette R. 'Cookie' Barnes ... enjoyed dancing; at 61

BEDFORD - Bridgette R. "Cookie" Barnes, 61, formerly of 2 Dover St., Dover, died on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at Bedford Hills Center in Bedford.

She was born July 12, 1961 in Brooklyn, N.Y., the daughter of the late Billy and Johnetta (Norman) Harris

Cookie worked as a debt collector for Simm Associates.

Bridget loved to cook, dance and dress up. Her passion was spending time with her family and traveling.

Members of her family include her loving daughter, Johnetta Brown; her grandson Dinka Butt; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Williams.
