ROCHESTER - Joel Sherburne of Calef's Country Store in Barrington will give a talk on cheese making at the Rochester Grange on Saturday.
Sherburne, who's worked at the store for some 60 years, is expected to refer to many of the cheeses that are available at the Barrington store known for his vast variety of the delectable dairy product.
The program begins with refreshments at 6:30 p.m., followed by Sherburne's talk at 7:30.
The Rochester Grange is located at 21 Charles St. next to the Castle on Charles.
