ROCHESTER - Cecelia Teague, 78, of Rochester, died Thursday, January 7, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. Born March 16, 1942 in Everett, Mass., she was the daughter of Arthur and Marion Mooers.
She is survived by her husband Everett; daughter Charlene Noll and husband Ethan Noll of Vassalboro, Maine; daughter Christine Boyd from Maine; daughter Pamela Brooks and partner Brenda Rosa of South Hampton; daughter Cheryl Ingraham from Maine; daughter Maureen Hopkins from Rochester; daughter Patricia Brooks from Pittsfield; step daughter Sarah Lavigne and husband Donald Lavigne; step daughter Amanda Carter and husband Michael; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandkids.
Cecelia worked for the Town of Danvers for 24 years.
