Celia N. Jacobs ... at 80

ROCHESTER - Celia N. Jacobs, 80, of Rochester, died on Monday, December 14, 2020 at her home. She was born January 30, 1940 in Oxford, Maine; the daughter of Charles and Ethel (Ellsworth) Smith.
Celia loved everybody unconditionally. She was a mother to many.
Members of her family include her daughter, Melony Rodier and her husband Bernie of Rochester and her son Artie Jacobs and his wife Michelle of Rochester; four grandchildren, Kelly Guptill, Katrina Vachon, Aubrey Jacobs and Hannah Jacobs; six great-grandchildren Tyler Turcotte, Cailin Guptill, Madison Guptill, Mason Ford, Cody Vachon and Nicole Vachon; and several nieces and nephews including three special nieces Cathy, Leslie and Dawn.
She was predeceased by her husband Arthur Jacobs in 2017 and by her brothers and sisters Charles Smith, Jr., Robert Smith, Leah Libby, Dorothy Libby and Betty West.
