Chamber bash will make one lucky person owner of one sweet ride

ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is conducting its annual Chamber Raffle with tickets on sale for a chance to win a 2019 Harley-Davidson FXLR Low Rider motorcycle or $10,000. Tickets sell out every year, so chamber officials are urging those interested to purchase one soon.

Tickets, sponsored by Service Credit Union, are available for $100 each and only 325 tickets will be sold. Each ticket purchased admits two to the "Treat Yourself to Something Sweet" Chamber Raffle Bash, which is underwritten by D.F. Richard Energy. This event will be held on Friday, Aug. 16 from 6-10 p.m. at The Governor's Inn at 78 Wakefield St., Rochester.

Come and enjoy a fun filled, "sweet treat" themed evening featuring the exciting reverse raffle drawing, which is sponsored by Willem Verweij Physical Therapy. The event will also feature a buffet, games and entertainment for attendees to enjoy. Ticket holders attending must RSVP by Aug. 1 to attend.

The winners of the Grand Prize and runner-up prizes do not have to be present to win. Runner-up prizes are $1,000, $500 and $250. There will also be many fabulous second chance prizes drawn throughout the evening for those attending. Second chance prizes include local restaurant certificates, theme park attractions, home improvements supplies, automotive care package, health and beauty packages, lift tickets, sporting event tickets, and much, much more.

Those who buy tickets at Granite Steak & Grill at 11 Farmington Road in Rochester or Windjammer's Seafood Restaurant at 240 Portland Street in Rochester will receive a $10 gift certificate to the restaurant. Chamber Raffle tickets may also be purchased at the Chamber office at 18 South Main Street in Rochester or online with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card at
