GONIC - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for one of its newest members last Thursday, LifeBalance Counseling, Coaching & Wellness, located at 323 Gonic Road, Suite 5 in Rochester.

LifeBalance Counseling, Coaching and Wellness mission is to provide individualized support to adolescence and adults as well as maintaining emotional wellness. They have 5 clinicians available, each with their own unique specialization's so we are able to manage clients with the most appropriate clinician to meet their needs.

LifeBalance offers counseling, coaching and wellness appointments for clients Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM & Saturday's from 8AM to2 PM. Appointments outside of these hours are available on an individualized basis. All clients receive a customized treatment plan specifically targeting their emotional health and wellness needs.

Their clinicians specialize in relationship support, management of stress, depression, anxiety and overwhelming feelings. Additionally, they have clinicians who specialize in substance use and abuse including support of family members and loved ones working to support individuals who are struggling with addiction.

There is a clinician who specializes in eating disorder treatment as well. It is their goal to promote the overall wellness for all clients, helping them to gain knowledge and implement change to live a positive and more fulfilling life.
