ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce will present a series of talent acquisition programs, titled "Breakfast with Brylye..

The series of breakfast programs will feature Brylye Collins of Rose Talent Consulting, who will lead three sessions.

The First Session - Recruitment 101 on April 18 features a presentation on how to select the best possible candidate for the position.

The Second Session - Employee Engagement on May 9 analyzes employee engagement at every stage of the employee life cycle and provides tips and tools for fostering employee engagement.

The Final Session - Leadership Basics on May 19, provides new and tenured leaders with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders. This session will compare different leadership styles, assess the essential qualities of a great leader, and discuss the differences between a manager and a leader.

All 3 sessions will be held from 7:30-9 a.m., downstairs at the Granite Steak & Grill, located at 17 Farmington Road in Rochester. Breakfast is included.
