CONCORD - A contractor from the Claremont area of western New Hampshire has been arrested for felony disposal of asbestos.

Aaron Doleszny is alleged to have removed asbestos-containing shingles at a residence in Charlestown and not complying with New Hampshire regulations to properly remove and dispose of asbestos-laden shingles.

Doleszny is alleged to have also not been a licensed asbestos removal contractor. The State further alleges that he did not properly wet and seal the asbestos-containing materials, and that he enlisted a juvenile to transport and dispose of the harmful materials, illegally dumping them at a location other than a proper asbestos disposal site.

Doleszny was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment in the Sullivan County Superior Court on Nov 3 at 1 p.m.
