ROCHESTER - It is with great sadness that the family of Chris Anthony Lambert, 57, announce that he died on Dec. 7, 2021, following a 17 day battle with Covid 19.

He was born in Beverly, Mass., on June 7, 1964, the youngest of six children of the late Donna and Marcel "Louie" Lambert.

Chris was proud of his roots as a child growing up in Rainbow Terrace, Salem, Mass., where he created many memories and lifelong friends.

He worked as a chef in various restaurants and most recently at Little Miss Sophie's in Rochester, where he was well respected and loved by his coworkers.

He had a great smile and carefree disposition and was known to have a funny comment or story in any situation. Chris will always be remembered as a good friend, a kind man and a gentle soul. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving Chris in addition to his wife Sharon (Burns) Lambert, whom he married just a few months ago, are his four children, Marc Lambert, Matthew Lambert, Kyle Lambert and his wife Samantha and Heather Sweeney. He also leaves four grandchildren, Isabel, Raelynn, Meadow and Summer. Chris will always be in the hearts of his siblings, Lorri DeFrancesco and her husband Barry, Michael Lambert and his wife Dawna, Donna Smith, Thomas "Tiger" Lambert and his wife Donna, Susan Hills and her husband Peter and "too many to count" nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his wife Sharon's children, David Nelson Jr. and Bryanna Wilson, Mother-in-law, Nancy Burns, sister's-in-law, Jeanne Burns and Amy Burns.
