ROCHESTER - The Rochester City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday to place a Sports Betting question on the Nov. 7 municipal ballot.

A public hearing on the question will be held on Oct. 17 prior to a City Council workshop that will also hold discussions on all aspects regarding a potential charitable gaming entity within the city.
