ROCHESTER - A city man has been indicted on two felony counts of second-degree assault on a female on Jan.1.

Brian Bundza, 30, of 9 Deerfield Court, grabbed the woman and squeezed her hand and fingers and also struck her head with his head or hand, causing her to lose three teeth, according to the Sept. 19 indictment handed down by a Strafford County Grand Jury.

Rochester Police Sgt. Patrick Emerson said the female was known to Bundza but would provide no further details on the case or the relationship.

If Bundza is found guilty he faces 3 and a half to seven years in prison for each count.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
