DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man has been indicted in a domestic violence case for allegedly using a gun to threaten a household member.

Gary Wentworth, 47, with a last known address of 634 Portland St., faces felony criminal threatening charges after he is alleged to have "held up a firearm, racked it back as if to place a round in the chamber and stated to a household member, 'So this is how it's going to be' or words to that effect," court records state.

Wentworth faces up to seven years in state prison and a $4,000 fine if convicted.

The February Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down earlier this month and released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been shown to warrant a trial.
