ROCHESTER - Admiral Property Management & Sales co-owner and founder Kendall Spewock was recently named to the Union Leader's 40 Under Forty list that honors young entrepreneurs who have had an impact on their communities.

Spewock, who was named to the coveted list on Feb. 18, said she had no idea she'd won until she received an email earlier this month.

"It was a huge honor; I didn't even know I'd been nominated," Spewock said today from the Admiral Property Management & Sales offices at One Wakefield St. in downtown Rochester.

She said there will be a ceremony honoring all those named on March 6 in Concord.

Spewock, who is just 24, said she looks forward to continuing her contributions to the community.

Meanwhile, Admiral Property Management & Sales will host a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on March 7.

The event to honor Spewock takes place from 5:30-7 p.m. at their offices located at One Wakefield St., Suite 5, in Rochester. Admiral Property Management & Sales is a family owned full-service property management company based in downtown Rochester, specializing in managing units and investor portfolio expansion across the Seacoast region.

Chamber members attending can meet the team at Admiral Property Management & Sales, make new business contacts, renew acquaintances, and network with members. Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring plenty of business cards for networking and door prizes.
