ROCHESTER - A New Hampshire State Representative from Rochester has also found himself at the Center of Rochester's own Semantics Shenanigans.

Enough about that Carpet Bagging, Harrison "Ford" Thorp, Editor of The Rochester Voice, and his "Raiders of the Lost Scroll," RAG-Tag Newsprint, wanting recognition.

However, when a NH State Representative presents valid documentation (eg:91-A ) to, and through appropriate government protocol, he's met with a demonstratively aloof City Attorney, AKA: Terence O'Rourke who, selectively Invalidates his request through the use of "Jujitzu Semantics."

• His First rule Is to claim the 91-a request is not specific.
• The Second rule is to Disavow, ANY such information/paperwork exists.

All this is being backed up by our seemingly spineless elected officials, who appointed and elevated this "shingle" to his sacrosanct position for his legal knowledge and Interpretations.

A finer group of plagiarizing "sophmoronic" self-adulating nincompoops there couldn't be!

This flies in the face of the open transparency Rochester's city government touts.
