DOVER - A city woman accused of trafficking methamphetamine in Rochester is facing up to 50 years in state prison if convicted on all counts.
Joslyn Elaine Sprague, 39, of River Street, faces two charges for allegedly possessing two packages of the drug, one being more than 1 ounce and one being more than 5 ounces.
Sprague was arrested on the charges on Aug. 16 of last year in Rochester.
A maximum fine of $800,000 could also be imposed if convicted.
The April grand jury indictments were handed down on April 17 and released to the public on Thursday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been presented to a grand jury to move forward to trial.
