ROCHESTER - Career Technical Education Ambassadors from the R.W. Creteau Regional Technology Center brought an exciting career exploration event to the Rochester Middle School earlier this month.

Designed specifically for 6th- and 7th-graders, the symposium was aimed to spark interest and curiosity about various career pathways for students.

Throughout the event, 6th and 7th graders engaged in discussions, asked questions, and interacted with high school students who shared their expertise in their respective fields. This interactive approach not only informed students about diverse career opportunities but also encouraged them to explore their interests and passions early on.

"Our ambassadors did a great job sharing their passion for the programs they represent," said CTE Ambassador Advisor Patrice Hunt. "I think lots of the middle school students walked away with ideas about careers they might want to explore in their future."

Such initiatives play a crucial role in inspiring and motivating students to pursue their dreams with determination and purpose.
