ROCHESTER - Frisbie Memorial Hospital announced on Tuesday that the Cocheco Valley Humane Society will be the beneficiary of July's social media charity campaign: #ItsAbout hashtag.
Each month Frisbie asks friends, family, patients and colleagues to share a story or upload a photo from their Facebook or Twitter accounts using the #ItsAbout hashtag. For each engagement, Frisbie Memorial Hospital donates $5, up to $500, to a scheduled charity.
During the month of July, share a photo of your pet. For each Facebook and Twitter comment or photo shared with the #ItsAbout hashtag, Frisbie will donate $5 to Cocheco Valley Humane Society.
In June, the #ItsAbout social media campaign focused on summer safety tips, and Frisbie made a $500 donation to the YMCA of Strafford County.
