Death of man whose body was found by RR tracks thought to be drug related

ROCHESTER - Police are reporting the body of a deceased male was found on Friday in the area behind Wendy's on Wakefield Street.

The death appears to be from an overdose, Rochester Police Capt. Todd Pinkham said today.

"However we will not be able to confirm that until we get the Medical Examiners report," he said.

The body was found just a short distance into the woods along the railroad tracks and was discovered by two people walking there.

Pinkham said police are not yet identifying the man.
