DOVER - Deborah R. Mutter, of Dover, died peacefully Sunday, October 28, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 28, 1966 in Winchester, Mass., the daughter of Paul and Aurora (Kasparian) Cusolito.
Her main joy was spending time with her family and friends throughout the years, walking on the beach and visiting with her brothers.
Members of her family include her husband of 27 years, Jeffrey Mutter of Dover; two sons, Dominic J. Mutter of Dover, currently serving in the U.S. Navy and Joseph P. Mutter of Dover; two brothers, Paul (Kathleen) Cusolito of Atlanta, Georgia and her twin-brother, Richard (Theresa) Cusolito of West Lake Village, California; four nieces and one nephew.
She was predeceased by her parents and by her sister, Diane Decastro.
