Dennis Talon ... enjoyed hunting, playing Golden T; at 68

FARMINGTON - Dennis P. Talon, 68, died on Monday, June 27, 2022, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Born on Jan. 15, 1954 in Dover, Dennis was the son of Roland and Elizabeth "Betty" (Morrison) Talon.

Being raised in the Dover area, Dennis graduated from Dover High in 1972. Following graduation, Dennis went on to work as a superintendent for several golf courses over the years. He held positions at Farmington Country Club, Cocheco County Club, Rochester Country Club, and Sunningdale Country Club.

In his day, Dennis was a true outdoorsman and could often be found out in the woods either hunting or fishing. Dennis also was an avid foosball player, and he also loved a game of Golden T when he got the chance.

Dennis is preceded in death by his father, Roland Talon.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jeffery Talon, and wife, April of Barrington and James Talon of Farmington; grandchildren, Evan, Benjamin, and Sarah; mother, Elizabeth "Betty" Talon of Dover; and Michael Talon, and wife, Gina, of Dover and Kevin Talon of Somersworth.

ARRANGEMENTS: A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022, at 1:30 P.M. at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dover Point Rd. in Dover.
