Douglas Readio ... enjoyed riding his tractor; at 70

LEBANON, Maine - Douglas Stephen Readio, 70, of Lebanon, died at his home on Monday, May 30, 2022 after a brief illness.

Douglas was born on May 11, 1952 in Natick, Mass., to Ellis and Avonia (Williams) Readio. He attended local schools and worked for Janco, Inc. for 38 years. He met and married Elizabeth "Beth" Estes and the couple shared 40 years of marriage together until Douglas' passing.

Douglas enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Sanford Springvale Fish & Game Protective Association. He was also fond of shooting, four-wheeling, and riding his tractor, but most of all he cherished the time he spent with friends and family.

Douglas was predeceased by his brothers, Earl, Stuart, and Phillip.

Douglas is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth Readio, of Lebanon; his son, Nathan "Nate" Readio, and his wife, Lindsey, of Well; his daughter, Debra Grispi, of Berwick; his granddaughter, Emma, of WellsE; and several nieces and nephews.
