ROCHESTER - Two Dover residents were arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kohl’s.
Julie M. Henderson, 31, and Michael A. Chase, 31, both of 10 New York St., Dover, N.H., were charged with misdemeanor willful concealment and released on personal recognizance bail.
They are scheduled to appear for arraignment next month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
The crime is alleged to have occurred on April 25.
