Dover man, 27, to be arraigned today on six counts of possessing child porn images

DOVER - A Dover man was taken into custody on Wednesday on child porn charges.

The arrest of Devin Finnegan, 27. came following a tip received from the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Dover Police identified Finnegan as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest and a search warrant for his property.

Finnegan stands charged with six counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Images, all felony offenses.

Finnegan was taken into custody without incident and the search yielded electronic evidence that will require further analysis and investigation, according to a release from the Dover Police Department. He remains in custody at the Strafford County House of Corrections pending an arraignment today.
