East Rochester man gets 1-3 years on drug possession charge

DOVER - An East Rochester man was sentenced on Friday to 1-3 years in state prison in connection with a July 24 drug arrest.

Under the plea deal, William Barrett, 43, received suspended sentences on two prior felony thefts and a drug possession charges.

He will be remanded to state prison custody with 217 days of pretrial credit.
