ROCHESTER - Elizabeth May (Johnson) Reuter, 88, died on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. The daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Powell) Johnson.
Born February 10, 1930, in Portland, Maine, she attended nursing school and Readville Bible College.
Married to Frederick Reuter, they raised two children while working as a nurse. In 1982 they moved to Ossipee where they spent many happy years enjoying the mountains and lakes. She worked at Carol County nursing home until she retired. They were active members of Milton AG Church. She loved sewing, crocheting, and knitting and doting on her husband.
She is predeceased by her husband Fred of 62 years and her sister Ivor.
She is survived by her son Fred Reuter, Jr., (Wendy), and daughter Diane Guyot (Brian); her grandchildren Jason Beaudoin (Kimberly), Anita Pereira (Steven), James Reuter (Donna), Fred Reuter III, Alicia Flood (Levi), Kevin Frost (Caitlin), and Cory Frost (Virginia); 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
