ROCHESTER - Tickets for this weekend's highly anticipated concert featuring world renowned teenage pianist Ethan Bortnick at the Rochester Opera House are already sold out for the Saturday afternoon show, but about 100 tickets are left for Friday night, New Hampshire PBS offices in Durham said on Monday.

The Friday night show will feature the selection of a New Hampshire youngster who had auditioned to perform with Bortnick. The winner will also get to cut a record with the child prodigy, who began playing piano at the age of 3.

The Rochester Voice featured a story on Bortnick after being granted a phone interview last week. That story ran in Saturday's paper.

For those still looking to get a glimpse of this rising superstar they should be aware that only seats in the left and right sections of the Rochester Opera House balcony are available for Friday night. As of Monday afternoon about 100 tickets remained, officials said.

Tickets will only be available for purchase through Wednesday. To reserve a seat buyers must call PBS in Durham directly at 603.868.1100.
