One scrambled, with a mess of home fries and gluten free toast (Rochester Voice photo)

FARMINGTON - They say timing is everything, and when it comes to eating at The Farmers Kitchen in Farmington, it's the only thing.
When I walked into the eatery around 8:45 a.m. there were no tables and just one spot at the counter, which I grabbed.
When I left about 20 minutes later there was 15 lined up out to the door.
A creature of habit, I got the one egg with red bliss home fries and gluten free toast.
It was out in less than five minutes and just as delicious as the last time I stopped in.
There was enough home fries to take some home, and a tab that actually startled me.
All that grub and coffee for $10.
I'm sure to be going back soon, but while perusing the website to do this story, I was mesmerized, yes mesmerized by their home page video, which was gastronomically intoxicating and made we want to go over for breakfast today, but alas, I'd already eaten.
But next time I'm sure to try their homemade corned beef hash and their baked beans, of which I am as much an aficionado as any good New Englandah.
