The accident occurred around 6:15 p.m. on Allen Street, and involved an 114SD freightliner truck and a silver 2012 Subaru Legacy.

After a brief investigation it was learned that the Subaru, driven by Samuel Vetter, 24, of Farmington, was exiting a business on Allen Street and was struck by the 114SD freightliner truck, which was driven by Stephen Harbuck, 36, of Berwick, who was traveling on Allen Street.

The Subaru sustained heavy damage to the left front while the truck sustained minor damage. Vetter was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with what were described as nonlife-threatening injuries. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
